Personal Shopping: Any purchases made during the tour (e.g., at markets, temples, coconut oil production sites, etc.).
Gratuities/Tips: Tipping is at your discretion. If you appreciated your driver's service, kindness, patience, and efforts throughout the day, a gratuity is welcome.
Site Entrance Fees: Any optional entrance fees to attractions (if applicable) are not included.
To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience, we suggest packing:
Swimwear and Towel: Swimming is possible during the midday break.
Headwear: A hat or cap.
Protection: Sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
Attire: Sunglasses, light clothing, and items to respectfully cover your shoulders and upper legs (e.g., long shorts, trousers, or a large scarf) when visiting religious sites/temples.
Footwear: Wear light, easy-to-remove shoes (flip-flops are fine). Avoid heavy boots or sneakers, as you will frequently remove your shoes when entering temples.

Date Changes: Rescheduling is possible, subject to approval from the Koh Samui Voyage agency.
Free Cancellation: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the excursion date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund (100% Fee): Cancellations made the evening before (after 5:00 PM) or a no-show at the time of pick-up are non-refundable.

Full Refund: Any cancellation made by our agency will result in a 100% full refund to the customer.
Reschedule Option: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., weather issues), rescheduling the tour is offered based on vehicle and traveler availability. This is typically the preferred solution for all parties.
