The pricing for this exclusive half-day Southern Samui excursion is as follows:
Adults: 2,500 THB per person
Children: 1,250 THB per child (ages 3 to 9 years old inclusive)
Minimum booking requirement: 2 adults.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to your desired tour date. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your private excursion.
Payment Options:
Cash Payment: Directly at our local agency, "Koh Samui Voyage," located in Lamai Beach (Thai Baht only).
Online Card Payment: Via our secure website or through our official booking partners.
Cancellation by the Customer:
Free Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the excursion date.
50% Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the excursion date will receive a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable (100% loss): Cancellations made after 5:00 PM the day before the tour, or a no-show at the scheduled pick-up time, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Date changes are possible upon request and subject to availability, confirmed only by agreement with the Koh Samui Voyage agency.
Cancellation by Koh Samui Voyage:
Full Refund: Any cancellation initiated by our agency will result in a full refund of the paid amount.
Rescheduling due to Weather: In the event of poor weather (e.g., heavy rain or flooding), we will first offer to reschedule the excursion, pending vehicle and traveler availability. This is the preferred solution for the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.
